Wicked Little Witch

This is my Kobold witch Ozlo, who is my second backup character I have in case Diana dies. And she's a quirky, creepy little lizard. >:3 She loves to play pranks and cause misery, and you never know when she might turn her sights on you. And if you call her out on any of her antics, she'll just give you a big, creepy grin and act like nothing's wrong. XD

She has a black lizard as a familiar (he doesn't seem to have a name, or at least she's never spoken it), and she grew up living in caves, which is where she found her staff with the glowing mushrooms. Her hat is her favorite thing ever. How does it stay on when it's so much bigger than her head?
